Each of us has a built-in memory of potential possibilities You can actually train your mental powers to work for you in any given situation. Everything is possible with each and every path you take to do it. Once you develop an attitude of strength and confidence, you can learn to do anything you choose.

Focus on results. What do you value? Just knowing that it would be wiser to express positive emotions in your life so that your results are positive, is a worthy cause. Reinvent yourself if you need to become more kind and considerate, less judgmental, and more joyful instead of angry and resentful.

Other worthwhile values and positive attitudes may include:

  1. Expressing courage
  2. Showing strength when in difficult situations
  3. Having respect for others and their points of view if different from yours
  4. Expressing gratitude for the small as well as the major things
  5. Facing challenges with Self-confidence
  6. Developing a forgiving nature
  7. Being well-groomed at all times; giving attention to your appearance and dress (you never know who’s watching you!), and ...
  8. Putting your trust in a Higher Power

When you know where you wish to go in life, motivate yourself and help others do the same. Then take pride in any little step you do that gets you there. Know that you are special and deserve all that life has to offer you.

Success Is…

Strength…….the capacity or power to endure work or vigorous activity. It is competence; stability, and stick-to-it-ness. In almost every phase of your life, whether it’s for work or play, you must use your strength to complete each task.  To reach any successful goal, your thoughts must be in harmony with  your strengths.  Set realistic goals based on your ability, power, endurance and  experience.

Unconditional ……not limited in any way. Understanding; having the knowledge and the ability to apply judgment; to understand and judge another as well as yourself. Avoid placing restrictions or limitations on your ability to be open to the opinions, ideas and assistance of others. Be ready to view another’s thoughts and actions, before making judgments or conclusions.

Confidence …….having a firm belief in one’s own powers. Trusting your own thoughts, ideas, and feelings with deep faith boosts your confidence. This also leads to an absolute certainty in the trustworthiness of others. To encourage things to happen, find ways to overcome obstacles.

Chivalrous…….characterized  by kindness and concern for others. Being courteous and well-mannered in unpleasant situations is a worthy habit to develop. Show respect and be attentive to others - it comes back to you.

Effort……the constant supply of energy to do something. Anything worth having is never easy to accomplish. However, the payback from the effort  can be great. The enforcement of one good idea is worth more than a million good ideas not acted upon.

Stability …..the ability to withstand pressures, deadlines, and daily stress. The ability to balance priorities. Being able to bounce back from obstacles, delays, and stumbling blocks, Hold on to your sense of spirit and you can withstand many challenges.

Self-discipline …… self control, strength of mind, and will-power determines were you will be at the end of the week, the month, the year. What takes place in these small periods of a lifetime is what determines whether the whole of your life is successful.

Summary

Strength, confidence, effort, belief in yourself, will power, and self-discipline are just a few of the must haves to attain success. Whether your goal is a big one or a small one, put your energy into believing your own powers.
